  • Manage all front-desk and financial operations, including patient billing, Medicare claims, invoice approvals, and maintaining optimal stock levels.
  • Build positive working relationships with doctors to ensure their service needs are met and the clinic is utilized effectively.
  • Be accountable for clinic KPIs and compliance, ensuring staff meet targets (like the 80% re-booking goal) and adhere to all company policies.

About You:

  • Proven experience in a team lead role managing administrative and/or medical staff is essential.
  • 3+ years' experience as a Medical Receptionist or in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office and medical software.
  • A strong understanding of medical terminology and patient billing processes (including Medicare and health insurance).
  • Exceptional organisational skills, high attention to detail, and a strong customer service focus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and agile work environment.
  • A Certificate IV in Practice Management, Frontline Management, or Business Administration is preferred but not essential.
